What is Sādhana? sādhyate anena iti sādhanam “That by which the goal is accomplished is called Sādhana.” Sādhana is not just practice or routine. It is the means that carries you toward what you seek. At its core, Sādhana always involves two inseparable realities: Sādhaka — the one who walks the path Sādhya — the goal, the realization, the truth sought Because of this, Sādhana is never one-sided. It is a living, two-way process. Every act of discipline, awareness, and inner effort slowly closes the gap between the seeker and the sought—until practice itself becomes a bridge of union. In true Sādhana, the path does not just lead to the goal. It transforms the one who walks it, until the seeker and the goal are no longer separate. #Sadhana #साधना #SanskritWisdom #IndianPhilosophy #SpiritualPractice InnerJourney SelfRealization YogaPhilosophy Vedanta MindfulLiving SpiritualGrowth ConsciousLiving PathAndGoal SeekAndBecome WisdomTraditions SacredPractice InnerTransformation EasternP...
