📿 The Hidden Roots of Modern Yoga 🕉️ I had the blessing to visit the sacred temple of Nammāḻvār, also known as Satakopa, in the serene town of Alwār Tirunagari, Tamil Nadu, India. Far removed from tourism and the commercialization of spirituality, this place radiates a timeless atmosphere of devotion. Here, under the ancient shade of a tamarind tree, Nammāḻvār—one of the greatest mystics of the Śrī Vaiṣṇava tradition—entered samādhi for 16 years.
