Avocado hand is real 🥑 😷 As an orthopedic hand surgeon, I'd probably see 2 to 3 tendon lacerations as a result of avocados pit removals with a knife per year. Often these require surgery, which can have a lengthy recovery. Probably best to try to avoid that injury in the first place. #avocado #safety #kitchen
