As an Advocate for the victims of violent crime and their survivors, it is my sincere hope that the Westchester County New York Prosecutor will indict Robert Durst for the murder of his first wife, Kathie McCormack Durst. After decades of sorrow, no real answers, and no accountability for Robert Durst for this heinous atrocity that he perpetuated, “justice”, though it will be “justice delayed” if he is convicted, is bittersweet. It is still a greater feat than if justice is denied.
