Staying curious is essential but whereas, curiosity makes us wonder, contradiction causes us to doubt—and it can be another powerful way to gain insights if you take it seriously enough to explore it a bit. Insights can occur when we encounter ideas that don't make sense to us. 🧿 This is helpful for you to discern who’s advice or ideas to trust. You also need your personal experience and knowledge and learn to trust yourself, especially in a world with so much fear mongering and appeal to convince that there is just one authority in anything.
