The more I know the better for our journey and process to a truly healthy and radiant skin. All that we go through in life and all emotions stored in the body reflects on the face. Healing grief takes time. I’ll share this over and over until you get it. The face is an incredibly important aspect of identity. It mirrors what is going on inside the body, mind, emotionally, psychologically and physically.
