Half-baked resolutions are easy. Honesty about what you want costs you the old version of yourself. [Hot take: Stepping into that honest version of your own story is the version of you that’s stripped of all of the BS labels and stories.] But that’s the work most people avoid. Not because they lack ambition—but because comfort is seductive. Letting go of a familiar identity is harder than staying busy inside a life that no longer fits, even when it’s clearly outstayed its welcome. I built this guided, supportive experience after coming out of a deeply misaligned burnout season in my own career. It’s what I wish I’d had then—space to get honest, reconnect to what actually mattered, and rebuild forward with intention. This is for the person who fires on all cylinders.
