Some people work at a place. Others become part of its soul. JP Pavlock was that person for AREA15. Welcoming, kind, curious, and deeply dedicated to the community we’ve built together. His passing is a devastating loss for our team and for the broader Las Vegas community that knew and loved him. JP had a way of making every person feel seen. His energy, his generosity, and the pride he carried for AREA15 helped shape the culture that so many people experience when they visit our campus.
