Fun fact: I started my business 2 months after my daughter was born. And yesterday, we celebrated her 6th birthday. Looking back, it was the biggest leap in my career. But I knew deep down I needed to give this a real shot. Having Leah was a huge inspiration and motivation for me to build this with my whole heart and help more women win in corporate.
