In 2016 I opened my 1st Academy & built it to over 100k in its 1st 12 months! If I hadn’t had the right support around me I would’ve never taken the steps to become an educator in the first place! 🎓 Even though in my first year I was able to build a successful academy I know if I had been given the right guidance I would’ve been able to scale my academy a lot easier and without as many mistakes, you see even though I had a great support unit around me I didn’t have a clue where to start, I didn’t have anyone to help me set up my training materials, to guide me on how to deliver the actual trainings & know how to then gain students. I have learnt all these steps myself with a lot of mistakes along the way.
