You can feel when a company’s values are real. That was my first impression walking into the 2026 Waterton Associates Leadership Summit. The theme was “Discover Your Edge, Elevate Your Impact, and what stood out is that this group doesn’t need to be convinced they have an edge. They know they bring something meaningful to the table, and they’re committed to sharpening it. In many organizations, values live on posters. Here, they show up in conversations, decisions, and how people speak about their residents and each other. You could feel the Waterton way in action!!
