There’s no greater honor than when the people who are usually leading the room choose to be fully present in it. When a client tells me how engaged they felt during a keynote, or that they didn't even notice that they set aside the million things competing for their attention to lean into the message...that means everything! Because I know how many decisions they’re juggling. How many people they’re responsible for. How rare it is to truly pause and reflect.
