If I don’t show up for me seriously how could I expect anyone else to? How could I expect my students to? Yin is not my favorite, I like to move & flow. I don’t like sitting in these stretchy postures for several minutes. I like rhythm and sequence. One breath one movement. But, taking time on the details is important.
