The sooner you can wrap your head around the fact that ghosting is the *most specific* squash fitness you can get, the more likely you will be to do it.🤯 (I know this, because I’ve been there!). 🙋🏽♀️
Yes, it’s “fitness”, but it’s also *directly* going to make you a better player by:
1. Improving your movement efficiency (so you technically move better and waste less energy)
2. Timing (so you hit a more consistent shot)
3. Conditioning (so you can transfer your raw fitness to on-court squash movement)
❗️Integrating ghosting into your routine can be as simple as finishing up your practice with a few sets of ghosting for 8-10 minutes, or doing a few sets of movement before every water break/game.
