Ingredients (250 g / 5–6 wings)
Wings:
• 250 g chicken wings, patted dry
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tbsp cornflour
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp MSG or chicken powder (optional)
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp salt
Soy–Chili Glaze:
• 1–2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chili or hot sauce
• ½ tbsp vinegar
• 1½ tbsp brown sugar
• 1–2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• Splash of water (if needed)
• Optional: green onions, extra sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Coat the wings
• Mix baking powder, cornflour, spices, MSG (optional), pepper, and salt.
• Toss wings in the mixture until fully coated.
• Rest 10–15 minutes so the coating adheres.
2. Cook the wings
• Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 30 min, flipping halfway.
• Oven alternative: Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 40–45 min on a rack.
3. Make the glaze
• Melt butter in a pan.
• Add garlic; sauté briefly.
• Stir in soy sauce, chili/hot sauce, and vinegar.
