Cold Cake (90s-Style Mary Biscuit & Cocoa Treat)
Ingredients
• 360 ml milk
• 40 ml cream
• 35 g butter
• 60 g sugar
• 30 g cocoa powder
• 10–12 Mary biscuits, finely crushed into powder (plus extra for chunks)
• A handful of walnuts in whatever size you like
• Optional: Chocolate ganache (equal parts cream & dark chocolate)

Instructions
1. Simmer Base – In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium until it begins to simmer, stirring well.
2. Add Biscuit Powder – Stir in the finely crushed Mary biscuits and mix until smooth.
3. Turn Off Heat – Remove from heat and fold in biscuit chunks and walnuts.
4. Set in Mold – Line a mold with cling film, pour in the mixture, and level the top.
5. Freeze – Let it cool slightly, then freeze for 4–5 hours or until firm.
6. Optional Ganache – For a topping, heat cream and dark chocolate together in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over the cold cake.
