We are so delighted to share that “Human Kind” is a Semi-Finalist for the stowestorylabs Labs Accelerator Fellowship 2025. Inspired by Naomi Shihab Nye’s words “Before you know what kindness really is you must lose things”, this series celebrates extraordinary women whose lives have been changed by acts of kindness. Episode 1, Luscus, a screen adaptation of the award winning memoir of writer, boylemo1961 Maureen Boyle, tells the moving story of a young girl’s loss and healing, thanks to the kindness of an ocularist.
