1. Identify your triggers. Is there a particular moment that you really want something?
2. Focus on why you want to change.
3. Enlist a friend's support or hire a coach. We all work better alongside someone.
4. Practice mindfulness. Take a moment to think.
5. Replace the habit with a different one. Like to snack in the evening? Keep it, don’t remove it.
