There’s a moment many parents reach … 
 The house is quieter. You’re speaking more softly. You’re choosing your words carefully. And yet - mornings are harder. This is usually the point parents start questioning themselves. 
Wondering whether they’ve missed something.
Or whether they’re somehow making things worse. What’s actually happening is more specific than that. When anxiety has been running the nervous system for a long time, regulation creates safety - but safety alone doesn’t create movement. And without a clear, nervous-system-safe way forward,
the system stays stuck. That doesn’t mean you need to push.
It doesn’t mean you need to undo the calm you’ve built.
And it definitely doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means the support needs to evolve. I know this stage well - both as a parent who lived it,
