We remember the very first time James Solomon rented a space with us to celebrate his birthday with the Jersey City community. After the celebration ended, he didn’t just leave. He stayed behind, cleaning up with his team, listening to everyone, making sure things were taken care of. That moment said a lot about who he is as a the leader. It is small things that count.
