22 year male - known case of Ankylosing spondylitis - Its is a autoimmune condition . In simple words - whole SPINE slowly start to fuse together and mobility of it get severely compromised . Patient develop progressive bending forward posture ,decreased mobility of hip and spine along with breathing difficulties . Loss of horizontal gaze in severe kyphotic deformity ( unable to see forward ) All the symptoms was present in this patient -we decided to operated this patient on urgent basis - .
