A battle to the end at World Champs! 💪🏻 I came into this race with high expectations! I knew I was fast on this track and I’m riding at a very high level. A mistake in the semis kept me out of the big final, but I was determined to finish strong. Lining up in the small final with two of my teammates, the goal was clear: secure the best possible result for myself and for the team. The French rider aidan_chollet didn’t make it easy, but we rode smart, and I’m stoked to take the win in that heat and carry this momentum into the final stop. With the next race in Quebec next weekend being an Olympic qualifier, this result is huge. Of course, I wanted more, but I’m taking the positives. I had the speed to be a real threat in the big final, and I was the only one to beat the newly crowd world champion. I’ll take that.
