Philomena and I hopped down to Austin for the world premiere of mallorysghost at sxsw this weekend — and it was nothing short of extraordinary!!! without giving anything away, the movie is about love: past, present and future. 🫢🎥🎬🍿⭐️ I am so proud of my sister arabellasoz, her husband nick.canellakis_cellist, their amazing team, and the art they made. it’s hard to imagine the breadth of patience, creativity, grit, and genuine magic and beauty that went into this film to coax out a universal story worth telling — that everyone relates to, but told in a totally novel way — into a screenplay worth watching, woven together in the most breathtaking stream of cinematic visuals and score, equal parts comedy, romance, horror and human. #mallorysghost is 13/10. 💗 and special thanks to camillestyles 💗 for putting us onto canjeatx which absolutely blew our minds, and obviously had to beeline for a migas breakfast taco at joscoffee!!
