A small token of love (and nest material) for ma lady. The male osprey will gather nest material while the female will arrange it. The male will search the ground near the nest for suitable materials and grab them from the ground without landing. Rarely will the female bring nesting material (sounds like a good deal to me). The parents will also add nesting materials to the top of the nest after their young hatch. I wonder if there are babies in there?!
