Florida State true freshman wide receiver Devin Carter has been someone that the coaching staff has raved about during spring practices. The legacy player was a former four-star prospect from Douglas County High School in Georgia, and recorded 26 passes for 431 yards and five touchdowns with battling through an early injury during his senior season.
