I view myself as a documentary photographer more so than being a "sports" photographer. I'm looking for things that directly link from the storyline of the game or season to how they got to where they are, how they are perceived, the individual's personality and the culture of the club. I want my lens to be the vehicle that brings fans within the inner circle and allows them that deeper access. In addition to capturing that narrative and inside access, I'm also looking to showcase the beauty of Coors Field. I'm happy to go on record and say we have the best light in the game.
