In honor of Lowrider Night, we were proud to welcome Mecha Mucho to Golden 1 Center. 💜 As part of Tip-Off Tastes presented by Delta Dental, Mecha Mucho took over our kitchen for the night, sharing a menu that celebrates the fusion of his Japanese and Mexican heritage. Beyond the incredible food, this night was about celebrating lowrider culture all around, including its unique presence in Japan.
