In 2015 I was still a student at Temple trying to figure out what life after football looked like. I had to walk away from the game I loved, the game I played most of my life. Concussions were the culprit. That moment felt like the end of something… but it turned out to be the beginning of everything. I picked up a pencil again and started creating. One piece led to another… then another… Today I’ve worked with over 100 athletes around the world and found purpose through cultivating my craft to tell the stories of others. And this month I had the honor of returning to Temple — the place where it all started — as a keynote speaker. Full circle moment. If there’s one thing I’ve learned: Stay consistent. Stay patient.
