Nothing Bundt Cakes will open another Long Island location this month. The 2,500-square-foot space will be operated by the franchisee Fresh Dining Concepts, which owns and operates more than 350 brand locations,, such as Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon and Carvel, nationwide.
