UPDATE: Peter Pan is officially reopen starting on Monday, March 16. After a fire destroyed the kitchen of the Peter Pan Diner in July 2024, partner Peter Lentzeres vowed to rebuild. Now he is poised to make good — make that great — on the promise. Lentzeres and his brother, Nick, plan to reopen this week, ushering in a new era for the 71-year-old Bay Shore fixture.
