Big wins for Bluejay research 🔬 Creighton students earned second place overall at the BIG EAST Undergraduate Research Poster Symposium, with biochemistry senior Ty Monson placing second individually within the Biomedical division. The team—Ty Monson, Daniel Cline, Rachel Malander, Hannah Pflum and Jakob Schmit—represented Creighton on a national stage at Madison Square Garden. “Placing second in the team division highlights Creighton’s overall strength in undergraduate research across disciplines and colleges,” said Ashley Fricks-Gleason, director of the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship. Five students. One team. One incredible showing for Creighton research on a national stage. 💙 Drop a 👏 to celebrate these Bluejays. #Creighton #UndergraduateResearch #BigEastResearchSymposium #BigEast
