The Reds hit the ground running in the third quarter and went on to establish a double-digit advantage in the fourth before becoming the first team to reach the 100-point mark against the reigning champions this season.
Olympiacos improved its record to 21-11. Having suffered a second straight defeat for the first time since back in October, the EuroLeague leader dropped to 22-9.
Evan Fournier went 14-for-20 from the field to bag a career-high 36 points, with Sasha Vezenkov netting 24 on his return from injury. Talen Horton-Tucker also registered a career high in scoring by netting 30 points, with Wade Baldwin and Tarik Biberovic scoring 16 and 15, respectively.
