TRANSFORM YOUR FRIDGE! (Without painting it) Morning! The old silver fridge in my rental flat stuck out like a sore thumb in my colourful kitchen. I couldn’t paint it (because it was a rental), so I wrapped it in removable vinyl instead! I really believe in just going for it and having a bit of fun with your home. So I tried wrapping it myself but it was an epic fail! Hence calling in a pair of Brazilian car wrappers to save the day (I was on a deadline!) But what I learnt was this - > You need two people for this kind of job > Magnets are great for holding it in place > Peel back one section at a time - cut off the bulk of the paper you peel back with a scalpel and fold the remaining small section back on itself. > Stick it down slowly and gradually with a smoothing tool, pushing out bubbles as you go. > Wrap tightly over details you need to show through and cut them out with a scalpel after it’s stuck down, making sure it’s stuck really well along the cut edges. > Use ...
