Severe period pain is not something you should ever have to suffer through in silence. đź’›
On World Endometriosis Day, we want to gently remind everyone how important it is to listen to your body.
Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, yet many people live with symptoms for years before receiving a diagnosis.
For those experiencing it, endometriosis can impact daily life, emotional wellbeing and sometimes fertility. But with greater awareness, earlier diagnosis and the right support, many people are able to manage symptoms and explore their fertility options.
If you’ve been experiencing severe period pain, ongoing pelvic discomfort, or symptoms that feel beyond what you’ve been told is “normal”, please know that your experiences matter.
Trust your instincts, speak to a healthcare professional, and don’t feel that you have to face it alone. There is support, guidance and a community here that understands. 💛
