We knew that redesigning a well established and beloved messaging ecosystem would be a challenge, but we are happy to report that we have successfully done it in collaboration with Crisp. While working on this project, we focused on tackling four major pain points: • We revamped their mobile app, making it more user-friendly • We updated the Crisp chatbot • We improved their Help Desk, which means the customer service works seamlessly • We amped up the CRM platform, making it easier to manage customer relationships During our collaboration with Crisp, we aimed to achieve a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
