🏆 NCSAA Coach of the Year — Coach Ian Baker itb_4 This recognition says Coach of the Year… but what Coach Ian Baker has done for our PathwayPrepHoops student-athletes goes far beyond basketball. Every day he shows up committed to excellence — pouring knowledge, details, discipline, and leadership into our athletes. He has helped transform our players not only into better basketball players, but into young leaders who embrace the work, stay accountable, and grow through the process. At Pathway Prep we believe the standard is always greater than basketball, and Coach Ian lives that standard daily. We’re grateful to have him leading and shaping the culture of our program. Congratulations Coach Ian Baker. Well deserved. 👏🏽🏀 #PathwayPrep #CoachOfTheYear
