The reception tent was designed as a natural extension of the surrounding mountain landscape, balancing quiet elegance with timeless romance. Light, airy draping and soft, layered textures created an inviting foundation, while warm white oak elements and abundant florals added depth and warmth. The design intentionally blurred the line between indoors and out, allowing the sweeping views of Deer Valley to remain part of the experience. The escort display was one of the most personal elements of the day. Instead of traditional place cards, the couple wrote individual love notes to each guest, creating a moment that felt incredibly intentional and emotional. This transformed the experience from a simple seating assignment into something meaningful, each guest was not only welcomed, but truly seen and appreciated. It became a reflection of the couple’s warmth, which was a defining thread throughout the entire celebration. Vendor Partners: Planner: michelleleoevents elyshablack Photog...
