The Sherman College of Chiropractic community honors the life and legacy of Dr. John Cappola, a proud Sherman alumnus who devoted more than 40 years to serving patients in Brisbane, Australia. After graduating cum laude in 1983, he built a respected chiropractic practice and helped advance the profession through leadership with the Australian Chiropractors Association and innovation as co-creator of Capable Software. Outside the clinic, he achieved international success in powerlifting, breaking 88 Australian records and earning multiple titles.
