Took a little trip outside our usual Tex-Mex lane and wow… worth it. Sabores Cali-Baja Mexican Grill is bringing those Cali-Baja flavors in a BIG way. Fresh chips, unreal green salsa, loaded burritos, and don’t even get me started on the birria tacos + asada fries. I went all in with a bowl topped with fried cheese and it was stacked with shrimp, asada, guac, pico… basically a flavor party in every bite. They do not hold back here.
