🐎Kentucky State University is adding women’s triathlon as its 15th varsity sport, with the team set to begin competition in the 2026–2027 season. School leaders say the program builds on the University’s legacy in cross country and track, while creating new opportunities for student-athletes and increasing enrollment. 📍The initiative is supported through a partnership with the USA Triathlon Foundation and the Dave Alexander Grant, which helps fund and develop women’s triathlon programs nationwide.
