Our Finance Department and DMV team have been hard at work making services faster, easier, and more convenient for our community. From eliminating long lines and creating a more comfortable lobby experience to introducing scheduled appointments and a dedicated kūpuna hour, the way our DMV operates has been transformed. We’ve also expanded self-service kiosks across the island and opened the new Kapaʻa Satellite DMV, bringing services closer to our residents and receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from the community. By integrating Drivers Licensing and Motor Vehicles into one division and adding tools like online permit testing, road test scheduling, and the Q-Flow appointment system, our team continues to modernize services and improve efficiency for Kauaʻi residents.
