TURN TO TARA: A News 12 investigation into a Syosset florist has uncovered dozens of brides-to-be scrambling for flowers following the sudden death of its owner. Bride-to-be Tara Sooknauth said she recently received a letter stating that Jack & Rose floral decorators had closed following the death of owner Jack Rutigliano. Sooknauth says she is out $1,500 and that her big day has been thrown into total chaos. "I didn't sleep at all last night," Sooknauth told senior reporter TaraRosenblum. "I figured News 12 would be our best option to get some answers." The "Turn to Tara" team also discovered that the business's troubles began long before the owner’s death.
