This iconic NYC diner was reimagined to celebrate the creatives who make Fashion Week happen, the stylists, artists, and behind-the-scenes talent with a space to relax, reset, and nourish from the inside out. Collagen is foundational to healthy skin, hair, nails, bones & joints, so I loved getting to enjoy their Unflavored Collagen Peptides woven into the menu (an easy daily staple for me).
