Like y'all do realize that the 15 minute city already exists in the United States, right? It's not a new scary concept. At its root, it's about bringing convenience closer to where you live. Bringing services, amenities, etc. to your neighborhood so that every time you want to do something, you do not HAVE to get in the car, however, you can still choose to, if you so please.
