You can even swap out the feta for a cheese of your liking (cheddar, havarti or goat cheese would be yummy too) What I used: block feta (buy bulk at Costco to save money) good quality olive oil (again go to Costco) fresh herbs: rosemary & thyme whole garlic cloves lemon or orange peels. Sun-dried tomatoes would be a great addition salt, red pepper flakes & pepper Directions: simmer the marinade over low heat for 10 mins. Let it cool. in an airtight jar (buy bulk ball jars) fill up with cheese cubes leaving some room for the marinade. Top with the cooled marinade mixture.
