I mean who doesn’t love a refreshing summer pasta salad in season produce I used: tomatoes peaches fresh grilled corn (I love the flavor release) cucumbers fresh basil from my garden 😊 arugula & sharp cheddar and shallots As always, HOME MADE DRESSING is superior!! I just did a simple balsamic vinaigrette—olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon, salt & black pepper Also the wavy-er the pasta the better. It cling on to the flavors so much better.
