it’s asparagus season ✨🥬and if you’re one of those people still afraid of them don’t be (grow up 😝)! Asparagus is so versatile, especially with cheese 🙃🧀
This recipe is an oldie but a goodie because the creamy flavor of the burrata pairs perfectly with the earthy green crunch of the asparagus— I promise it’ll win over any asparagus skeptics in your life
How to make:
—Cut asparagus into half or thirds. Season with salt (I used truffle salt for an extra fun flavor), black pepper and olive oil. Air Fry at 325 for 5-7 mins. This will get them nice and crunchy while keeping the green color
— Meanwhile toast the crostini. Cut baguette into slices, coat in olive oil and bake at 350 until golden brown
— Top each crostini with Burrata cheese and roasted asparagus. Finish off with lemon zest, more cracked black pepper, fresh thyme and garnish with an edible flowers for that extra pop of color
I will be sharing some more cheese and asparagus recipes this month while it’s in season! Follow...
