It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. I found local cheeses and accoutrements through out the trip when shopping. I filled up a disposable baking tin I got from the grocery store and we packed it up with ice. After a day full of hiking & exploring it makes for the perfect treat and way to unwind in nature. PRO TIP: disposable baking tin with a lid, Tupperware, glass container (or anything you can find at your Airbnb if traveling), that can be wrapped up tight works great for this. Think of it just like a picnic.
