Windmill Island Gardens is a must-visit when at Tulip Time in Holland, Michigan🌷 Windmill Island Gardens features 36 acres of gardens, more than 150,000 tulips, canals, and walking paths. The main attraction is an authentic, working Dutch windmill. You can climb to the top of the windmill, included in your price of admission. The Island also has an antique children’s carousel and an Amsterdam street organ. 📅 The Tulip Time festival began May 7 and ends on May 15. ⏰ Windmill Island Gardens opens at 9 a.m. with last admission at 6 p.m. The park closes at 7 p.m. 🎟 Tickets are $12 per adult To avoid crowds for clutter-free photos, and to get parking, I recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
