Starting April 20, the Toledo Museum of Art begins the next phase of construction as part of our once-in-a-generation reinstallation project. As we prepare for this transformation, most galleries in the Green Building will close for the remainder of the reinstallation and will reopen when construction is complete. These closures include: • Classic Court (ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman art) • Gallery 1 (African art) • Gallery 3 (TMA Store) • Galleries 4, 6, and 7 (modern and contemporary art) • Wolfe Gallery • Community Gallery, Green Room, and Little Theater While these spaces are closed, there are still many ways to experience art and creativity at TMA: • Visit the Glass Pavilion to see special exhibitions and watch free daily glassblowing demonstrations at 2 p.m. • Create together in the Family Center (reservations encouraged) • Attend a Museum event • Take an art class or workshop and explore your creativity • Grab a bite or coffee at the TMA Cafe • Shop art-inspired gifts at ...
